About This Program

Our Programs

The Trauma-Enhanced Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is uniquely designed to help bring relief to individuals who have experienced a traumatic event which is causing ongoing mental health symptoms or PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder).  For those who struggle due to constant feelings of fear and a lack of control, the goal of this treatment track is to provide a sense of safety and stabilization.

Programming is offered within two levels of intensity to accommodate a variety of patient needs.  Both tracks include group and individual sessions as well as weekly psychiatry or medication management meetings.

Level 1 offers trauma-specific educational and coping skills training in a closed group format within a broader mental health IOP. Clients in this track will attend these trauma-only groups multiple times per week.

Available in Branchburg, NJ, Cranford, NJ (adults & adolescents), Freehold, NJ, Lawrenceville, NJ, or via teletherapy

Level 2 includes a higher intensity trauma-specific curriculum which also provides education and coping skills to manage symptoms as well as closed process therapy group only for trauma clients.

Available in Paramus, NJ, or via teletherapy
