High Focus Centers offers a hybrid treatment model which consists of both in-person and online telehealth services. With telehealth video conferencing technology, you can receive treatment and therapy from the safety and comfort of home.

Levels of outpatient substance use treatment for adults

When a client reaches out to High Focus Centers for substance use treatment, the first step of this process is a level of care assessment. This is a meeting with a member of our treatment team where we strive to best understand the individual’s goals and needs. From there, the appropriate level of care is determined, and an individualized treatment plan is created.

Partial hospitalization program (PHP)

Our partial hospitalization (PHP) or day program is designed to provide a highly structured environment for clients in need of additional support.

Through evidence-based treatment modalities and holistic therapies, our team focuses on stabilizing harmful behaviors and establishing healthy coping methods. Family members are encouraged to participate in weekly sessions, which are an essential part of the recovery process.

Intensive outpatient program (IOP)

High Focus Centers’ intensive outpatient program (IOP) meets a few times a week during the day or evening. Treatment consists of individual, group and family therapy sessions.

• Full continuum of outpatient care — We match clients with the right program that meets their unique needs. Treatment intensity can be increased or decreased at any time.

• Family involvement — Family therapy includes education and structured therapeutic activities to involve loved ones in recovery.
